We know all the ins and outs, know exactly which regulations must be complied with and what you should bear in mind. We are happy to help you with all global customs formalities from and to the Netherlands, such as:

• Export documents (EX-A and EU-A): documents for the export of goods outside the EU. Which documents you need exactly depends on the regulations. The more complete the information you provide, the faster we can prepare the necessary customs documents. The export declaration is done digitally.
• Import documents (IM-A): documents for the import of goods outside the EU. These documents determine how much taxes or import duties you have to pay. Accurately completed documents guarantee a fast import.
• Certificate of Origin: This document is proof of the origin of your goods (also known as CoO). There are countries where the CvO is mandatory by default, especially countries in the Middle East and Africa.
• EUR1 certificate: this certificate is used to obtain an exemption or reduction on the import duties of the country where the goods are going. You use an EUR.1 certificate for most countries with which the EU has a trade agreement. Think of countries such as Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Mexico, Morocco, Israel, etc.
• ATR certificate: this document of origin is required for the export of goods to Turkey. Thanks to this certificate you get a discount or an exemption on import duties in Turkey.
• All possible legalizations: in some countries it is mandatory to have an invoice or packing list legalized by the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands. BF Global Customs can arrange this for you.
